Tickets will be deleted from The Open Tickets app under one of the following scenarios

Tickets listed for Resale

If you have listed your tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform, they will be deleted from The Open Tickets app. 

Please rest assured that tickets are not cancelled or invalidated in this scenario, but will simply not be present in The Open Tickets app while they are listed for resale. 

Should you choose to remove your tickets from the Ticket Resale Platform, your tickets will be returned to The Open Tickets app within the hour. 

Tickets modified or exchanged

If you have recently contacted us to upgrade the tariff on your ticket (from Junior to Youth or Adult, or from Youth to Adult) your original ticket will be deleted. A replacement ticket at the new tariff will appear within the hour.
