If your ticket has not been purchased, you may cancel the resale of a ticket at any time.
Please follow the instructions below:
If you are using a PC/Mac:
Navigate to TheOpen.com.
If you are not already signed in, sign in using your One Club email and password by clicking the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right of the page.
After signing in, click your name and select 'My Account' from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the Ticket Resale Platform page using the menu to the left of the screen.
Click on Sell Tickets to be taken to the platform.
- Scroll to the day for which you wish to remove tickets and expand the day by clicking on the + to the right of the screen.
- Find the tickets you wish to cancel and click the "CANCEL RESALE" button
You will be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel the resale, click OK to confirm.
If you are using a Mobile Device:
Navigate to TheOpen.com.
If you are not already signed in, sign in using your One Club email and password by clicking the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right of the page.
After signing in, click on the silhouette of a person at the top-right of the page.
Navigate to the Ticket Resale Platform page accessing the light blue My account menu at the top-left of the screen and choosing Ticket Resale Platform.
Click on the yellow SELL TICKETS button to be taken to the platform.
Scroll to the day for which you wish to remove tickets and expand the day by clicking on the + to the right of the screen.
Find the tickets you wish to cancel and click the "CANCEL RESALE" button
You will be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel the resale, click OK to confirm.
Please note that if your ticket has been sold, the sale cannot be reversed.
