Why didn't I get all the tickets I applied for?

The payment deadline for successful Ticket Ballot offers in the final phase of the Ticket Ballot selection process passed at 5 PM (UK Time) on Wednesday 25 September. Payments for Ticket Ballot offers had to be completed by this time. Any Ticket Ballot offers not paid for by the deadline above have been cancelled and the tickets will no longer be available. Click here for more information.

Some Ticket Ballot applications have been partially successful, meaning applicants may have been allocated tickets for some, but not all of the days they requested. Demand for tickets through the Ticket Ballot process has been extremely high, this has been done to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to attend The 153rd Open.

Due to high demand, additional tickets for sold out dates cannot be added to existing allocations.

We will be launching a Ticket Resale Platform for The 153rd Open in early 2025. Through this platform, those who got tickets for The 153rd Open through the Ticket Ballot but can no longer attend will be able to offer their unwanted tickets for sale to other members of the One Club.

Members of the One Club and Ballot applicants will be updated by email when the Resale Platform will be available to use.
