When can I transfer my tickets?

Tickets can be transferred from the time when they are made available to spectators up until the point of entry. Instructions on how to use the built-in transfer function after the tickets have been delivered are available here.


Please be aware that only the original purchasers of tickets can transfer them. If you have received tickets transferred to you by another person you will not be able to transfer them forward to a third person,. Your only option will be to return the transferred tickets to the original purchaser who can then transfer them to another recipient. 


Please note, after tickets have been scanned through the gates of The Open, they can no longer be transferred. Tickets which are listed for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform will not be visible in The Open Tickets app. In order for them to be visible in the app to allow for transfer, they will need to be de-listed from the platform.
