Who should I contact if I have problems with my tickets?

Tickets for The 153rd Open have not yet been delivered. Tickets will be available on The Open Tickets app in the coming weeks.


If you are having problems with your digital tickets or The Open Tickets app, please use the Contact Us and one of our customer service team will respond to assist you. 


In order to ensure you get the correct support the first time please provide as much detail as possible when contacting us, including:

  • The type of device you are using (Android, apple, etc)
  • A description of the problem you have encountered
  • Any error messages or notifications you have received
  • Any steps you have taken to try to resolve the issue
