Who should I contact if I have problems with my tickets?

If you are having problems with your digital tickets or The Open Tickets app, please use the Contact Us and one of our customer service team will respond to you. 


If you are having a problem with your tickets or the app and you are at The Open, please go to any of the public entrance gates, and one of the on-site ticketing staff will assist you further.
