When your tickets are delivered to The Open Tickets app, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your tickets are available. Within that email, there are instructions on how to download The Open Tickets app and access tickets. You can also find instructions here.
Tickets will be delivered in stages over the next few days, meaning you may see some but not all of the tickets you have purchased initially.
Please be aware that tickets purchased via our Ticket Resale Platform after May 13 will be delivered within two hours of purchase. If you have not received all of your tickets within two hours of purchase, please Contact Us for further assistance.
Please note that if you have listed any tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform, you will not be able to see those tickets on The Open Tickets app. Instructions on how to remove tickets form the Ticket Resale Platform are available here.
Tickets removed from the Ticket Resale Platform after May 13 will appear on The Open Tickets app within two hours, if tickets removed from the Ticket Resale Platform do not appear in your Open Tickets App after two hours, please try refreshing the app by dragging your finger down the screen. This should reload any tickets which have been returned to you.
If your tickets continue to be missing, please press the three lines in the top left-hand corner of The Open Tickets app and sign out of the app, then choose ‘I already have an account’, enter your email address and password, and sign back in. Please ensure you are using the same email address to log in to in The Open Tickets app and the Ticket Resale Platform.
