Why can I not see my tickets on The Open Tickets app?

When your tickets are delivered to The Open Tickets app, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your tickets are available. Within that email, there are instructions on how to download The Open Tickets app and access tickets.

Please be aware that tickets purchased via our Ticket Resale Platform will be delivered within two hours of purchase. If you have not received all of your tickets within two hours of purchase, please Contact Us for further assistance.

Please note that if you have listed any tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform, you will not be able to see those tickets on The Open Tickets app. Instructions on how to remove tickets form the Ticket Resale Platform are available here. Tickets removed from the Ticket Resale Platform will appear on The Open Tickets app within two hours.
