Why can I not see my tickets on The Open Tickets app?

Tickets for The 153rd Open have not yet been delivered. Tickets will be available on The Open Tickets app in the coming weeks.


When your tickets are delivered to The Open Tickets app, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your tickets are available. Within that email, there are instructions on how to download The Open Tickets app and access tickets.


Please note that if you have listed any tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform, you will not be able to see those tickets on The Open Tickets app. Instructions on how to remove tickets form the Ticket Resale Platform are available here
