What can I do if I am having difficulty accessing the Ticket Resale Platform?

Access to the Ticket Resale Platform requires a One Club account. If you do not have a One Club account you will need to create one, which you can do here.  

If you purchased tickets via the Ticket Ballot for The 152nd Open, please ensure you are logged in to the same One Club account which was used to enter the Ballot.

If you continue to experience difficulty accessing the platform, please try to access the Ticket Resale platform again:

  1. From a different device
  2. From a private browser
  3. After clearing your internet cookies and cache.

If the above does not work for you, please use the Contact Us form, and one of our customer service team will respond to you to assist you further.
