What can I do if I am having difficulty accessing the Ticket Resale Platform?

Access to the Ticket Resale Platform will initially be available only to unsuccessful Ticket Ballot applicants. If you are in this category, please ensure you are logged in to the same One Club account which was used to enter the Ballot.

If you continue to experience difficulty accessing the platform, please try to access the Ticket Resale platform again:

  1. From a different device
  2. From a private browser
  3. After clearing your internet cookies and cache.

If the above does not work for you, please use the Contact Us form, and one of our customer service team will respond to you to assist you further.
