Access to list tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform will become available to One Club members over the coming days.
The Ticket Resale Platform for The 154th Open is now live. Fans who were successful in the Ticket Ballot and those who purchased Ticket Plus can list their tickets for sale on the Resale Platform at face value, without fees.
To list a ticket for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform, please follow the steps below:
Access the Ticket Resale Platform
If you are using a PC/Mac:
Navigate to TheOpen.com.
If you are not already signed in, sign in using your One Club email and password by clicking the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right of the page.
After signing in, click your name and select 'My Account' from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the Ticket Resale Platform page using the menu to the left of the screen.
If you are using a Mobile Device:
Navigate to TheOpen.com.
If you are not already signed in, sign in using your One Club email and password by clicking the MY ACCOUNT link at the top-right of the page.
After signing in, click on the silhouette of a person at the top-right of the page.
Navigate to the Ticket Resale Platform page accessing the light blue My account menu at the top-left of the screen and choosing Ticket Resale Platform.
List Tickets for Sale:
Press the ‘Sell Tickets' button.
Note: If you cannot see the Sell Tickets button, you may not have access to the Ticket Resale Platform to list tickets for sale.
Find the day for which you wish to sell your tickets and click on the + to the right of the day.
Check the checkbox next to the tickets you wish to list, and then click the resell tickets button at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you cannot see any tickets then you may not have tickets available to list for sale. Tickets purchased via the Ticket Resale Platform cannot be listed for sale again.
On the confirmation page, to proceed with the sale you must agree with our Terms and Conditions by checking the checkbox. This will enable the PUT ON SALE button. If you do not wish to proceed, you can click the CANCEL SALE button.
Click the PUT ON SALE button to list your tickets for sale.
The Open Experiences
The Open Experiences Hospitality and Destination packages are not available to resell on the Ticket Resale Platform. Standard Hospitality Terms and Conditions and Destination Package Terms and Conditions apply.
Other Important Information
The purchase of any ticket(s) on the Ticket Resale Platform is final – you will not be able to re-list any ticket(s) purchased on the Resale Platform for resale and you will not be eligible for a refund. The full Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found here. For more information, click here.
The Ticket Resale Platform allows ticket holders to list Adult and Youth (16-24) General Admission tickets and full-price Ticket Plus tickets for sale. If you have Junior or Carer General Admission tickets that you no longer require, these will be removed after your tickets have sold. If you would like to keep these tickets please let us know via the Contact Us form and we may retain these tickets for you, subject to the nature of your request.
If you have Ticket Plus Carer Tickets and have sold all of your full-price Ticket Plus tickets for a day, please contact the Open Experiences team by email at Experiences@TheOpen.com or by phone on +44(0)1334 460 090.
Please also note that Youth, Junior and Carer tickets obtained via the Ticket Ballot can be upgraded to another tariff.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee whether all tickets listed on the Ticket Resale Platform will be sold. We would therefore encourage you to list any tickets you no longer intend to use as soon as possible to maximise the chances of them being sold.
