If you have listed your ticket for resale, the ticket will not appear in the app and will remain on the Ticket Resale Platform.
Should you choose to list a ticket for sale on the Resale Platform after tickets have been delivered to The Open Tickets app, those tickets will be removed from your app.
If you chose to remove tickets from the Ticket Resale Platform they will appear in the app shortly after. Please click here for instructions on how to remove tickets from the Ticket Resale Platform.
