There is no ticket exchange functionality built in to the Ticket Resale Platform.
For fans who have tickets via the Ticket Ballot for The 152nd Open and wish to swap their tickets for another day, we recommend using the Ticket Resale Platform to sell tickets for one day while purchasing tickets for another day.
Fans can purchase, subject to availability, tickets listed on the Ticket Resale Platform for other days. Fans can then list unwanted Ticket Ballot tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform.
Please note that the availability of tickets on the Ticket Resale Platform depends on ticket holders listing them for sale. We are unable to guarantee when tickets will be listed. Therefore, we recommend that fans list unwanted tickets for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform only after they have secured tickets for other days.
Please also note that fans can purchase a maximum of four tickets per day of any tariff on the Ticket Resale Platform. This limit inclusive of any tickets obtained via the Ticket Ballot.
