We are required by law in the first instance to make refund payments back to the original payment card. This is in line with financial regulations intended to prevent fraud. In most cases, your financial institution will be able to redirect the payment to you.
If you have sold a ticket on the Ticket Resale Platform and have not received a refund within 10 working days, please contact your financial institution in the first instance as they will be best able to advise you. If they cannot provide assistance, please Contact Us and we will advise further.
