Ticket purchasers can upgrade tickets from Junior to Youth or Adult, and from Youth to Adult. If you would like to upgrade a ticket from one tariff to another please use the Contact Us form to submit a request, and a member of our customer service team will respond to you with further information.
Only the original purchasers of tickets and those >who have purchased tickets via the Ticket Resale Platform can upgrade tickets. Tickets which have been transferred via The Open Tickets app may not be upgraded by the recipients, such tickets should be returned to the purchaser, who can then Contact Us to upgrade them.
There is no fee to upgrade the tariff of a ticket, but any costs incurred by the upgrade must be paid over the phone. Payment can be made using a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card.
Upgrades of tickets cannot be reversed or refunded after the upgrade process is complete.
Please note, Junior tickets which have been added to tickets purchased on the Ticket Resale Platform cannot be upgraded to another tariff.
