If you have purchased tickets for The Open via the Ticket Ballot or the Ticket Resale Platform and have not been notified that they are available in The Open Tickets app, please ensure you are checking the same email inbox which is associated with your tickets. Please also check your email spam folder.
If you cannot find an email from us about your tickets by Monday 19 May, please use the Contact Us form and one of our Customer Service team will respond to assist you.
If you are expecting to receive a transferred ticket but have not yet been notified by email, please check your email spam folder and contact the sender. If you are still experiencing any issues, the sender can cancel the current ticket transfer, and then transfer the ticket to you again, being careful to send to the correct email address.
