Do I need an account to enter the Ballot?

Yes, you will need to be a member of the One Club in order to apply for tickets in The 153rd Open Ticket Ballot. One Club is the place for fans of The Open across the world to get closer to golf's original Championship. It’s FREE to join and you will become part of a community able to access a range of benefits and experiences, including priority access to tickets and Premium Experiences for The Open and exclusive offers, competitions, and content. I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please select the 'Forgotten Password' link to reset. Please note, the subsequent email can take up to an hour to come through. 

I am experiencing issues submitting my application, what should I do?

If you are experiencing issues entering the Ballot for The Open, it may be because your account is missing some details, such as your address, post code, or mobile telephone number.

You can update your personal details, postal address and marketing preferences on OneClub.golf. To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Click Login in the top-left of the page
• Sign in with your account information 
• Click the silhouette in the top-left of the page
• Click the white Edit Details button under your information
• Here you will be able to amend your personal details and set your marketing preferences.

You should then be able to enter the Ballot for The 153rd Open. However, if you experience any other issues, or require further assistance, please Contact Us and our team would be happy to help.

Please note that you will be unable to enter the Ballot by contacting the Ticket Office. If you experience an error in the ballot application process, please provide a screenshot or a detailed description of the error message so that our team may assist you more efficiently.
