Tickets for The Open are transferred through The Open Tickets app. If you are the recipient of a ticket purchased by someone else who is not attending and you do not have a smartphone, you should ask the purchaser of the ticket to Contact Us. They should provide their file number, your name, and confirm the dates on which you will be attending. We will then add your details to the list of spectators attending without digital tickets.

When you arrive at The Open, you will then need to go to one of the ticket offices located at any entrance. You should present a form of ID, such as a passport, driving license or bank card, to a member of the ticketing staff. Please inform the ticketing staff that you do not have a smartphone and are on the list of attendees without a smart phone. They will then assist you.
