Can I cancel my Ballot application?

Prior to the Selection Process

If you have entered the Ticket Ballot and wish to cancel your Ballot application, you can do this by following the instructions below.

1. Visit the Ticket Ballot Page  
2. Follow the login process as if you were applying for the Ballot again to access your application.
3. Click on the Cancel All button to the left of the page.
4. If you agree with our Terms and Conditions, check the checkbox to agree.
5. Click on Confirm Application to cancel your Ballot Application.

After the Selection Process

If you have been successful in the Ballot and have been offered tickets which you do not wish to purchase, you do not need to take any action. If you choose not to purchase the tickets offered to you, they will be returned to the Ballot pool in due course.
