Prior to the Selection Process
If you have entered the Ticket Ballot and wish to cancel your Ballot application, you can do this by following the instructions below.
- Visit https://www.theopen.com/ticket-ballot
- Follow the login process as if you were applying for the Ballot again to access your application.
- On the Ballot Application page, select the option to the top left of your ballot summary that reads "WITHDRAW APPLICATION"
- Select the option again when asked if you are sure.
- Your application will be deleted.
After the Selection Process
If you have been successful in the Ballot and have been offered tickets which you do not wish to purchase, you do not need to take any action. If you choose not to purchase the tickets offered to you, they will be returned to the Ballot pool in due course.
