When will I hear about my Ballot application?

Following the closure of a Ballot application period, the Ballot enters into the Ballot selection process. During this process, winners are selected in stages over the course of several weeks. Successful Ballot applicants will be notified during this process.


The Ballot selection process for The 153rd Open will be carried out during August and September 2024. All Ballot applicants will be sent communications regarding the status of their applications during this period.


At the end of the Ballot selection process, any applicants who have been unsuccessful will be notified by email informing them of this and outlining further options following the closure of the Ballot.


Ballot applicants should be sure to check their email inboxes and spam folders using the email address they entered the Ballot with.
