Why have I not heard about my Ticket Ballot application?

Notifications about Ticket Ballot results will be communicated to fans over August and September, under the following schedule.


From Monday 11 August: 1st wave of ballot winners contacted

From Tuesday 2 September: 2nd wave of ballot winners contacted

From Monday 15 September: 3rd wave of ballot winners contacted

By the end of September: All unsuccessful applicants contacted

        

Please ensure to check the inbox and spam filter of the email address used to enter the Ticket Ballot for emails from us on or shortly after these dates for news about your Ticket Ballot application. 

Please note, successful Ticket Ballot applicants will be successful only once and will not be entered into multiple rounds.
