You may have heard from a friend, colleague or partner that they have heard about their Ticket Ballot application, but you have not heard anything from us. This is normal.
Fans will be contacted in waves throughout August and September, with expected dates listed below:
Wednesday 14 August - Tuesday 20 August 1st wave of ballot winners contacted
Tuesday 3 September - Tuesday 10 September: 2nd wave of ballot winners contacted
Thursday 19 September - Wednesday 25 September: 3rd wave of ballot winners contacted
By Monday 30 September: All unsuccessful applicants contacted
Ballot applicants should be sure to check their email inboxes and spam folders using the email address they entered the Ballot regularly during the above time periods.
If you have not heard about the status of your Ballot application by the beginning of October 2024 please use the Contact Us form and one of our customer service team will respond to you by email.
