Why have I not heard about my Ticket Ballot application?

Notifications about Ticket Ballot results have now been sent to all Ticket Ballot applicants. 


Fans have been contacted in waves throughout August and September on the dates listed below:


Wednesday 14 August: 1st wave of ballot winners contacted

Tuesday 3 September: 2nd wave of ballot winners contacted

Thursday 19 September: 3rd wave of ballot winners contacted

Monday 23 September: All unsuccessful applicants contacted

        

If you entered the Ticket Ballot and have not heard from us, please check your email inboxes and spam folders using the email address you entered the Ticket Ballot. 


If you have not heard about the status of your Ballot application, please use the Contact Us form and one of our customer service team will respond to you by email.
