From Tuesday 2 September: 2nd wave of ballot winners contacted
From Monday 15 September: 3rd wave of ballot winners contacted
By the end of September: All unsuccessful applicants contacted
If you entered the Ticket Ballot and have not heard from us, please check your email inboxes and spam folders using the email address you entered the Ticket Ballot.
If you have not heard about the status of your Ballot application by Wednesday 1 October, please use the Contact Us form and one of our customer service team will respond to you by email.
