Can I request a refund?

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ticket purchases, refund requests made out with the 48-hour cool down period after purchase cannot be facilitated.

If you have purchased tickets from the Ticket Resale Platform, you cannot be refunded for this purchase as the funds which you paid were paid directly to the fan who listed the tickets for sale on the platform and do not reside with The R&A.
