From the Ticket Ballot or Practice Day Ticket Sale

Within 48 Hours of Purchase


If you have completed a purchase of tickets via the Ticket Resale Platform within the last 48-hours, please use the Contact Us button to request a refund and a member of the Customer Service Team will respond accordingly.


After 48 Hours of Purchase


In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ticket purchases, refund requests made out with the 48-hour cool down period after purchase cannot be facilitated.


However, those who got tickets via the Ticket Ballot for The 154th Open can choose to list any unwanted Adult or Youth General Admission tickets for sale on our Ticket Resale Platform. Click here for details about the Ticket Resale Platform.


From the Ticket Resale Platform


In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ticket purchases on the Ticket Resale Platform, all purchases are final and tickets are non-refundable.
