Why can I not see my tickets in The Open Tickets app?

I cannot see any tickets


If you have been notified that tickets have been delivered but cannot see any tickets in The Open Tickets app, please ensure that you have entered the correct email address while registering or logging in to the app. To receive your tickets, you must use the same email address that you used to purchase or receive the tickets. If you have logged in with another email address, please logout of the app and sign in with the correct email address. 


If you have changed your email address and no longer have access to the email address used to enter the ballot, please contact us for further assistance.


If your tickets were originally forwarded to you by another Open Tickets app user, the original sender may have cancelled the transfer or transferred them to a different or incorrect email address, and you should check with the person who sent you the tickets.


If you have recently purchased tickets from the Ticket Resale Platform, please note that it can take up to two hours for tickets purchased on the Resale Platform to appear in The Open Tickets app. 


I cannot see all of my tickets


If you have purchased tickets under multiple accounts, please note that you will only see tickets from the account you are logged in to The Open Tickets app with. If you have not received all of your tickets one week after being notified they are available, please contact us for further assistance. 


How can I get further assistance?


If you continue to experience difficulty accessing your tickets, please use the Contact Us form and our customer service team will be able to assist you further. If you are at The Open and cannot see your tickets, please visit one of the ticket offices located near the public entrances and the on-site ticketing staff will assist you.
