Confirmation Email
Those that have successfully submitted a Ticket Ballot application will have received a confirmation email containing a summary of the tickets requested and outlining the next steps. This should be retained for your records.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, you may not have entered the Ticket Ballot successfully. However please be sure to check any junk/spam folders for the confirmation email, and ensure that you are checking the same email address which you believe was used to enter the Ticket Ballot.

If you believe you have entered the Ticket Ballot but cannot locate the confirmation email under the email address used to enter the Ballot, please use the Contact Us form and one of the customer service team will reply to you by email.
