Why did I not receive an email about the Ticket Ballot?

Information about the Ticket Ballot for The Open is sent to members of the One Club who have opted in to receipt of communications from us.


You may not have received an email about the Ballot if you are not a member of the One Club or if you have opted out of marketing offers from The Open in your marketing preferences.


It is also possible that you did receive an email about the Ballot, but it was blocked by your email service spam filter. Please ensure to check your spam for any Ballot emails.

If you are not a member of the One Club

You can join the One Club here


If you are a member of the One Club and are opted out of marketing offers

After creating an account or logging in, your marketing settings can be tailored in the Preference Centre section of the My Account Portal. You can update your personal details, postal address and marketing preferences on OneClub.golf. To do so, please follow the steps below:


  • Click Login in the top-left of the page
  • Sign in with your account information 
  • Click the silhouette in the top-left of the page
  • Click the white Edit Details button under your information
  • Here you will be able to amend your personal details and set your marketing preferences.
