In addition to Ticket Ballot Tickets

Additional tickets cannot be added to tickets purchases via the Ticket Ballot. Following the success of the Ticket Ballot for The 153rd Open we are sold out of tickets of all tariffs for all eight days of the Championship. 

Fans who have purchased tickets via the Ticket Ballot may be able to purchase additional tickets (subject to availability and terms) via our Ticket Resale Platform. 

The Ticket Resale Platform for The 153rd Open is now live. Fans who were successful in the Ticket Ballot for General Admission tickets and those who purchased full-price Ticket Plus tickets in 2024 can list their tickets for sale on the Resale Platform at face value, without fees.

Members of One Club, our free online membership, can access the Ticket Resale Platform to purchase any tickets listed for sale. Click here for instructions on how to buy tickets listed for sale on the Ticket Resale Platform.

From Third-Party Ticket Platforms

We strongly recommend that fans do not purchase tickets from third-party ticket resale platforms or marketplaces as The R&A does not permit such sales. Further information about third-party ticketing can be found here.
