Tickets for The Open are allocated via a Ticket Ballot and Tickets will not be available to purchase on the day at the Championship.

The 152nd Open

The application period for the Ticket Ballot for The 152nd Open has now closed. The Ballot opened on 27 June 2023 and closed at 15:00 BST on Tuesday 25 July 2023. The Ticket Ballot process for The 152nd Open is now complete.

Ticket Resale Platform

The Ticket Resale Platform for The 152nd Open is now live for all members of the One Club. This is a place where those who were successful in getting tickets through the Ticket Ballot but can no longer attend can list their unwanted tickets for sale at face value for other fans to purchase. 

The Resale Platform will be in operation until the end of the Championship, so be sure to check the platform regularly for availability over the coming months.  Access to the Ticket Resale Platform will require a One Club account. Third-Party Resale

The R&A maintains a strong position that it is absolutely against our Terms and Conditions to sell tickets on public forums, third-party sites or for excess of the original face value of the ticket. We strongly advise people not to purchase Open Championship tickets on such platforms. More information about third-party ticket sales can be found here.
