Tickets for The 153rd Open have not yet been delivered. Tickets will be available on The Open Tickets app in the coming weeks.
If you are having issues accessing your tickets on the app, please make sure you entered the below required fields correctly:
- The email that you used to purchase the tickets with. If tickets have been transferred to you by another fan, please log in with the email address that your tickets were transferred to.
- The one-time access code received by email
- Please also make sure to accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
My email address has changed since I purchased my tickets
If you are no longer able to access the email inbox from which you purchased your tickets, please use the Contact Us form to contact us for assistance.
I am not receiving the one-time access code
Access code emails are sent to the email address you are attempting to register on the app with. Please wait at least 30 minutes for the code to arrive, and ensure you check your spam or junk folder for these emails.
If needed, use the functionality ‘Resend an access code’ to receive a new access code – if you have received multiple access codes, please note that only the last access code received is valid.
If you have checked your spam filter and cannot find the one-time access code after 30 minutes, please use the Contact Us form to contact us for assistance.
