When will I receive a refund for the ticket(s) I sold on the Ticket Resale Platform?

Upon the resale of any ticket, the original ticket purchaser will receive an email to confirm that a refund is being processed. This refund will be returned to the original payment card within 7-10 working days of you receiving the email confirming the resale of your ticket.

Please note that if you benefited from a Mastercard promotional code in your original payment, you will only be refunded the amount paid by debit or credit card.

Any tickets placed on the Ticket Resale Platform will be available for purchase individually. This means that if you have listed multiple tickets for sale on the Resale Platform, you may receive refunds in different stages, for different tickets, as they are purchased individually on the Resale Platform.
