The Ticket Resale Platform is a service offered by The R&A where One Club members who got tickets through the Ticket Ballot, or fans who purchased Ticket Plus can offer any unwanted tickets for sale to other members of One Club.
Ticket holders will be able to list tickets for sale subject to the following conditions:
- Only Adult or Youth tickets and full-price Ticket Plus - Junior and Carer tickets and discounted Ticket Plus cannot be listed.
- Tickets purchased via resale cannot be relisted for sale.
- Only the original purchaser of tickets can list them for sale.
One Club members will be able to access the Ticket Resale Platform and purchase any listed tickets - subject to the following conditions:
- A maximum of four tickets per day of any tariff, per One Club account. A One Club member can hold a maximum of four tickets per day in their One Club account. For example, if a person already had four tickets for a particular day in their account, they would not be able to buy more on the Ticket Resale Platform for that day.
- No robot, spider, plugin or software of any kind can be used to aid in the selection or purchase of tickets on the Ticket Resale Platform. Any tickets found to have been purchased using such methods will be void.
- A service fee of 5% of the total price of the tickets will be applicable to each purchase on the Ticket Resale Platform, meaning the total price you pay will be 5% higher than the listed ticket price. This fee will be calculated and added to your basket after you have selected your tickets. The service fee helps to support The R&A’s purpose to open golf to the world and to get more people playing and engaging with the sport more frequently worldwide.
