How can I change my One Club Account Details

One Club members can update their account details, except their email address, on the One Club website.


If you need to change your email address 

Please use the Contact Us form and supply the following details:

  • - The email address currently associated with your account
  • - The new email address you wish to use
  • - The address, postcode and date of birth on your account (for security purposes)


An agent will then respond to you with the next steps.


If you wish to change other account details

Please follow the steps below:

  1. 1. Visit the One Club website.
  2. 2. Sign in using your email address and password.
  3. 3. Click on the round silhouette at the top left-hand corner of the site.
  4. 4. Here, you can change your marketing and contact preferences.
  5. 5. To change additional details, click Edit Details, and follow the guide below.


 

On the first screen displayed, you can edit your basic details including:

  • - Title
  • - First Name
  • - Last Name
  • - Country
  • - County


Before proceeding, please make sure you agree with the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.  You may need to scroll down to see these.


Click Next Step if you are satisfied that these are correct.


On the second screen displayed, you can edit your personal details, including:
  • - Your Address
  • - Your Town
  • - Your Postcode
  • - Your Mobile Telephone number
  • - Your Date of Birth

Click Next Step if you are satisfied that these are correct.
 On the third screen, you can update your preferences, including:
  • - Content preferences
  • - Communications preferences
  • - Marketing preferences

Click Update Account if you are satisfied that your account details are correct.
