Where is my refund?

Modified on Tue, 13 Feb 2024 at 10:54 AM

If you have requested a refund and have been informed by the ticket office that a refund will be provided to you, or you have sold a ticket on the Ticket Resale Platform, please be advised that it can take up to ten working days after the refund has been processed for the funds to return to the account attached to the card you used to make the original purchase with.

If you have been informed that you will be refunded or have sold a ticket on the Resale Platform, and have not received a refund within 10 working days, please contact your financial institution in the first instance, as they will be best able to advise you. If they are unable to province assistance, please use the Contact Us form to contact us and we will investigate further.

Please note that if you benefited from a Mastercard promotional code in your original payment, you will only be refunded the amount paid by debit or credit card.

What if the original payment card is expired or cancelled?

We are required by law in the first instance to make refund payments back to the original payment card. This is in line with financial regulations intended to prevent fraud. In most cases, your financial institution will be able to redirect the payment to you.

In the event that we encounter issues facilitating the refund, we will arrange an alternative repayment method.
