How do I reset my password for The Open website?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset completing the following steps:

Go to TheOpen.com
Click the My Account button located near the top right of the screen next to the icon of a person
Click SIGN IN
Click Forgotten Password
Enter the email address associated with your account
You will be sent an email containing a code and a link to reset your password (please ensure you check your spam folder if you do not receive this email)
Click the RESET PASSWORD NOW link in the email
The code provided in the email should be entered automatically, but if it is not, enter it exactly as it appears in the email
Enter your email address
Enter the new password that you would like to use, then enter it again to confirm it

Your password will then be reset.
