What are the rules regarding filming or photography at The Open?

Modified on Mon, 11 May at 11:42 AM

Cameras of that type can be brought to the Open with the following caveats:

  • The lens can be no larger than 300mm in physical length.
  • The lens must be non-reflective.
  • The shutter must be silent.

Still photography of play is permitted provided that it does not disrupt play and images are not used for any commercial purposes or financial gain. Video and audio recording are prohibited at any time.
