What are the viewing options at The Open?

There are several ways to watch the action around the course at The Open. These include sitting in one of our free grandstand seats, watching the action from a viewing platform or via one of the many large screens located around the venue.


There will be thousands of public seats located around the course in our free grandstands. Seating will also be available at the Practice Ground for spectators to sit and enjoy the world’s best prepare for action. There will be accessible viewing areas located within some grandstands.


There will viewing platforms located around the course for fans to use. Fans can keep up-to-date with all the action through one of the many electronic leader boards situated around the course. Or can relax and watch the day unfold on the large video screens located in the Spectator Village areas.
