I have paid for my tickets but I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you have made a payment attempt for your Ticket Ballot reservation and have not received an Order Confirmation email, please first ensure to check your Spam/Junk filters for this email.


If you cannot find this email, please follow the steps bellow:


Step 1 - Go to The Open website.

Step 2 - Sign in using your email and password

Step 3 - Click your name on the top right-hand of the website and select 'My Account'

Step 4 - Select 'View Order History’ in the menu to the left of the website

Step 5a -  If you did not successfully pay for your Ticket Ballot reservation and the payment deadline has not yet passed, you will see an order for The 154th Open with the status "In Reservation" or "In Progress".

Step 5a.1 - If your Ticket Ballot Reservation is "In Reservation", please try to pay for your reservation again. Consider checking with your bank or card provider ahead of attempting purchase again, or try using a different card

Step 5a.2 - If your Ticket Ballot Reservation is "In Progress", this is a pending state while the system either processes or reverts your order to a reservation. Please wait 30 minutes and then try again.

Step 5a.3 - If you require assistance with completing your purchase, please use the Contact Us button to reach our for assistance.


Step 5b - If you did not successfully pay for your Ticket Ballot reservation and the payment deadline has passed, you will see an order for The 154th Open with the status "Cancelled".  If you did not successfully complete purchase prior to the deadline and your Ticket Ballot reservation has been cancelled, click here for further information.


Step 5c - If you have successfully paid for your Ticket Ballot reservation, you will see an order for The 154th Open with the status "Sold".

Step 5c.1 - Click on view file details under the correct file number

Step 5c.2 - Click on print summary


The PDF File Summary for your order acts as an invoice and as proof of purchase.
