The payment deadline for successful Ticket Ballot offers in the final phase of the Ticket Ballot selection process is 5 PM (UK Time) on Wednesday 25 September. Payments for Ticket Ballot offers must be completed by this time. If payment has not been received by the above time and date your ticket offer will be cancelled, and the tickets will no longer be available to you.
If you have made a payment attempt for your Ticket Ballot reservation and have not received an Order Confirmation email, please first ensure to check your Spam/Junk filters for this email.
If you cannot find this email, please follow the steps bellow:
- Go to TheOpen.com.
- Sign in using your email and password. Please ensure that you log in using the same email address used to enter the Ballot.
- Click your name on the top right-hand of the website and select 'My Account'
If your My Account page shows a File Summary for The 153rd Open with an order status "In progress"
Payment has not been successful and your order is held in an In progress state. After the current payment attempt has timed out (after approximately 30 minutes) the order will revert to a reserved state and you can attempt payment again. Any pending payments showing on the card you used to attempt payment will clear down in due course.
If your My Account page shows an Actions for you to Perform section with a yellow See Details and Pay button
